| Cancellation policy | If less than one month, no refund. If less than two months, cancellation fee is the full down payment. | Bed configuration | King in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, queen futon in master bedroom, and full futon in living area. No more than 6 people allowed to stay. There is an extra charge for more than 4 people of $75 per stay each. |
